Network culture as a cultural form that based on the information network technology isnot only changed the way of human survival and development deeply, but also influencedpeople’s happiness by its cultural attributes. College students as the main users of the network,its about the understanding and pursuit of happiness inevitably under the influence of networkculture. Therefore, how to understand and grasp the network culture’s influence on collegestudents, and targeted to carry out college students’ outlook on education, become an issuethat need to be researched and solved by ideological and political education work in college.This thesis according to basic thought of “raise question, analyze question and solvequestion”. Firstly, form the analysis on the connation of the college students’ educationhappiness, and then deeply analyze college students’ happiness on the characteristic of theeducation. Secondly, it analyze the network culture on college students’ happiness educationon positive impact and negative impact, and then take advantage of network culture topromote the college students’ happiness education. Finally discussed how to solve andpromote college students’ happiness education by take the advantage of network culture. Thisarticle through the literature research, survey method, comparative analysis and other researchmethods, first of all, from the overall grasp of the current progress of related research anddepth, and overall understanding of the research question, and of the good point of view, byabsorbing the existing research achievements constantly broaden its research train of thought;Secondly through the way such as observation, interview and network investigation tounderstand the network life of college students and its education effect on happiness and thereason for college students, to strengthen the sense of research object, to build collegestudents’ outlook on education of the effective path to the accumulation of first-handinformation; Finally, in reality, on the basis of investigation the traditional college studentsoutlook on education status and utilization of network culture to promote college students’outlook on education were analyzed, so that part of this article puts forward countermeasuresmore targeted.This article consists of introduction and body two parts. Introduction expound theresearch background and significance, research state at home and abroad, research thoughtsand methods; the body part include three chapters, chapter one defines the connotation ofcollege students’ happiness education, and emphatically discusses the connotation ofhappiness and connotation of college students’ happiness education, further analyzes thecharacteristic of college students’ happiness education. Chapter two analyzes the influence ofnetwork culture on emerge of college students’ happiness education. It expounds mainly fromthe network culture on emerge of college students’ happiness education on the positive impactand negative impact, points out that network culture is helpful to enrich the content ofeducation, innovation the way of education, and improve the students’ subjectivity ineducation. At the same time, the network culture can lead to the formation of college students’multiple happiness education; it also can weaken the dominating happiness educator’s leading function and then separate the college students’ virtual and real happiness. Chapter threediscusses how to strengthen the specific strategies of college students’ education by networkculture. It mainly from five parts to research: perfect the internet content system of collegestudents’ happiness education, construct the internet platform of college students’ happinesseducation, carry out the internet activities of college students’ happiness education, optimizethe campus internet culture environment of college students’ happiness education andstrengthen the internet team construction of college students’ happiness education.
