Research On Current Situation And Strategy Of Education And Training For The Migrant Workers In New Generation From The Perspective Of Community Education

The data of “development and generational contrast of China migrant workers in newgeneration” from China Youth Research Center showed that the number of migrant workers innew generation in China has exceeded one hundred million and the group between16to30years ofage accounted for61.6%. The new generation migrant workers have become the main migrantworkers in China and they have played an important role in city construction and developmentmore and more. But we can see this group don’t have high qualities and they are lackof necessary and professional knowledge. Not only are they difficult to adapt to the city needs, butalso its overall quality and level of education affect the level of development of social economydirectly. In this case, it is a pressing matter of the moment with dignity that we have to improvetheir qualities and skills, solve the problem of the new generation of migrant workers and promotethe level of urbanization of the new generation migrant workers. Now more and more newgeneration migrant workers have become the influence of community, the strong culturalatmosphere in community will influence on them imperceptibly. Therefore it is no doubt that onegood way to help the migrant workers is to give them all kinds of education andtraining, flexible organization to carry out the activities to create a positive atmosphere for learningand endeavor to be an effective way of training.The key point of this paper is to achieve the urban inclusion of migrant workers in newgeneration and made them enjoy the convenience of the modern society. The Specific practicesinclude as follows: discussing comprehensive current situation and analyzing education demandof migrant workers and carrying on the ways that meet the demand. Then from the angle ofeducation innovation, propose the community education ways of enhancing the occupation skilland achieve self development. At the same time, the paper discusses the issue of adult education onthe perspective of community education, and tries to construct an education and training mode forthe new generation of migrant workers, so as to enrich and perfect the related theories ofcommunity education in our country and provide the reference for the input area for the educationand training of the migrant workers in new generation.
