A Study Of Strengthening The Preparation Work Of High School History Teachers In Guanghe County

Teachers’ preparation work plays a very important role in the whole teaching activities. Only by preparing a good class can you have a good class.Detailed preparation can make teachers more easily do with the textbook knowledge and understand the students’ knowledge and ability.But a lot of problems exist in the lessons for history teacher in the middle school.To handle the school examination,preparation work becomes a mere formality.Even many history teachers treat teaching books as a reference data for preparation of magic.From the teaching design of the data and network copying, the teachers prepare lessons seriously out of school and students’ practical. Preparation seriously derail classroom teaching.Facing this situation, how to improve teacher preparation work and improve teacher’ preparation system should be pondered and explored for many history teachers.In this paper, the preparation work for middle school history teacher in Guanghe county starts point for research.Through the teaching practice of long-term observation and the middle school history teacher’ s preparation work in Guanghe county and questionnaire survey, the author finds some problems in the preparation work.Time does not guarantee.Preparing single check system is not perfect.These problems become the important factors that affect the middle school history classroom teaching quality.Teachers’ preparation work do not play its role. As to these problems and the specialty of the history teaching,the author mainly discusses history teachers from preparation of attitude, preparation methods, preparation of lesson content standards and preparation system. To further strengthen and improve the middle school history teacher preparation work and improve the quality of history teaching in secondary schools,the author finally puts forward some suggestion to strengthen teachers’ preparation work.
