Each student has a home of their own in the classroom, this house is that studentsin less than one square meter size seat. A seat of educational resources, the seatingarrangement of this was a small thing in class management, but the classroom educationresource fair or not but affect the development of each student mental health. Therefore,the seating arrangement this trivial matter in the actual teaching management in thepresent stage labeled and definition. Because a small seat, teachers abuse their power,parents in order to let the children sit the last good seats at spending money, gifts, and inthe hearts of the children, the seat is good or bad, the seat can represent their differentposition in the class and the degree of concern by the teacher is different. It is because inthe practical teaching work, the seat was given a symbolic significance, so the specialseat.Researchers are paid attention to in the actual teaching activities there are specialseats so that a unique phenomenon, so the research perspective aimed at the special seatand sat in a special seat of students. The previous studies about the seat problem inalmost all use quantitative research methods, there are few qualitative researches byscholars, narrative study hardly. This article is to see such a vacancy, tries to usenarrative research methods, from a new angle to study the seat problem.This research adopts the method of narrative inquiry; the research object isLuoyang S high school class three grade one seat in the three special seats of students.These papers mainly focus on the following four aspects: how to form the special seatand why will form the special seat; what is hidden in the special seat behind; what isenlightenment for the researchers’of the special seat.In the body part of this paper, the researchers were about why H, Z, L threestudents will sit in the three special seat; the three special seat is how to form the story.Through the formation of a special seat narrative, precipitate the maintain class orderand presentation of the knowledge of teaching, students’ interpersonal, students’resistance and self management these three themes. The formation of narrative throughspecial seat, intention to readers interpret hidden behind the special seat of utilitarianism and in the actual teaching process, there is a distribution of classroom educationresources unfair phenomenon and the teachers and students are both the status ofdiscipline, and the root of all this is because of the impact of educational modernity. Thecountermeasures and Suggestions of the essay, the researchers put forward theunderstanding of the essence of education, set up the correct education idea, the use ofcorrect education authority; Build a new type of vertical examination evaluation system,to realize the share of education; Set up scientific evaluation system of teachers,improve the teaching appraisal system and so on three countermeasures andSuggestions.The researchers hope that the three countermeasures and suggestions can help theteachers in the practical teaching work, effectively avoid the special seat of thisphenomenon, so that our education can really pay attention to students’ physical andmental health, at the micro level to achieve the great ideal of education equity.
