Information technology course is not a very important subject in the traditionaljunior high school education, however, with the development of science and thepopularity of the network technology, promote modern primary and junior highschool students are not only good for the long-term development of nationalinformation literacy, but also to improve the competitive ability of the students in thefuture information society. In2011, the state ministry of education launched a new‘junior high and primary school information technology curriculum standard’, inOctober2013, after finish nine examination subjects, Jiangxi province startproduction information technology course, the course is expected to be completedbefore August2014,then put into use in the Jiangxi province basic education resourcewebsite.The author fully involved in the junior high school information technologynetwork course of the nine-year compulsory education in Jiiangxi province. Basis oninterview and observe all the teachers, students and staff, detailedly record the wholeproduction process of how to make out the junior high school information technologynetwork course, sum up all specific requirements of production process, and analyzedsimilarities and differences between the network course and the norm course byparticipating in the whole construction process, including: shoot the vidicon forteacher, shoot the vidicon for students, recheck the PPT before classes, observecourses, editing the video, add the opening credits, format conversion, modify thevideo which did not pass the audit, etc. In the work,the author find some problemsand put forward the solution of the problems.
