The “Paradigm shift”has happened in the field of western educationscience since1970s. It is changing from exploring the universal applicability ofthe educational regularity to seek contextualized education significanceespecially in both the fields of course and teaching research. Scholarsconsciously seek the wisdom of course and teaching research in eastern culture.Phenomenological pedagogy,a study of practice,it pays attention to the actualsituation of education activities,emphasizes that the research method which isfrom experience to theory and from bottom to up through education introspect.Itaims to reconcile the education gap between theory and practice.Research oneducation of life scenarios, specific experience about teachers and students inthe education context,Through lectures into the biology classroom, after-schooland in-depth exchange of teachers and students,Access to education living in themost real and effective information, and thus to enhance the educational wisdombiology teacher some inspiration。Only if love students with hope,understand the experience of students with“back to the education scenario itself”,reflect in “back to the subjectcharacteristics”,can teachers generate unique features of subject educationwisdom.Biological science has a unique value and functionality to improve thenational quality.Fresh richness of its meaning and life provides a richcombination of points for love of life,ecological point of view, environmentalprotection,scientific spirit of seeking truth and materialistic ideas such aseducation.The education wisdom of a biology teacher must be based on thecharacteristics of the subjects,and the teacher should reflect on teaching whileunscramble the unique educational function of this subject,to generate theeducation wisdom with characteristic of biological science.Biology teachers notonly teach biology knowledge, but in life it reflects the biology, biology behalf,or that he is biology. Education wisdom embodies the development of teacher’s personalprofessional.Loving students and educational understanding are the educationwisdom generating conditions;Teachers’ educational knowledge and skill is thebasic theory of educational wisdom generation.However,without the support ofboth education theory and skill, the generation of education wisdom is like ariver without headwater.Education reflection is the key for generating educationwisdom,and it can promote teachers’ educational wisdom from experience totheory;The educational beliefs of teachers is the continuous power ofeducational wisdom generation,only sticking to educational beliefs and has beenpursuing its educational value of teachers, can withstand the pressure ofutilitarian education, break the traditional education of ice, generate the wisdomof personality education, and interpret the oath of love educationcareer.Eventually develop into excellent teachers with a unique discipline styleand unique personality as experts.
