Research On The Scientific And Technological Competitions Cultivate Undergraduate Innovative Ability

Innovation is the best measure to improve the competitiveness of collegestudents and confirm their self-worth.Science and technology competition play aunique and special role in education which daily teaching cannot replace, such as tocultivate students’ innovative capability, to improve the teaching level.Constructionof the new training model of college students’ innovative capability aims atestablishing a long-term working mechanism, formatting the serialization, full andbranding discipline competition system, and make the science and technologycompetition become an effective path of cultivating the innovative personnel training.Science and technology competition is an important medium and approach ofinnovation while innovation is the inevitable requirement of the competition.Scienceand technology competition play an important role in training college students’internal and external innovation capability.In this paper,we use methods of documentinquisition,field investigation,comparative analysis to analyze and investigate theinfluence of Science and technology competition on the present research status oftraining college students’ innovation capability both at home and abroad.This paperelaborates the connotation and relation between science and technology competitionand innovative capability.It expounds effectiveness of science and technologycompetition from two ways,which are internal innovation capability and externalinnovation capability.From the contradiction among development of science andtechnology competition, innovation cognition of college students,results of scienceand technology competition and factors of science and technology competitionitself,we analyze the problems of training college students’ innovation capability inthe science and technology competition.Proposing specific countermeasures ofcollege students’ innovation capability training in science and technologycompetition:to bring about innovating education as the leader for cultivating theinnovation thinking of college students, to training college students’ capability basedon the practice teaching,to enhance innovation capability depend onuniversity-industry cooperation,to demonstrate college students’innovation level withinnovation team as a medium.By creating a science and technology competition which is adapt to the collegestudents’ knowledge level,and have improved institutional mechanisms.According to the demand for the development of enterprise,we reform the content of innovation ofscience and technology competition.Innovation capability training will be earnestlyaccommodated in every step of our training process and then to realize win-winsituation of college students’innovation capability development and social benefits.Inthis paper, the research results can provide reference to improve the level of collegestudents’innovation capability.
