With the deepening of the reform and opening up and the development of our society, more and more women have jobs outside the home, making contribution for the country. According to the report of UNDP in March2010, more than70%Chinese women have paid jobs. But for thousands of years, family responsibility obviously brings more conflicting feelings to the professional women. The young and middle-aged women meet role changes during the course of loving and marring with the men and having children. The conflicts during this period cause many troubles in obtaining jobs, promotion and health crisis because of pressures. Now the focus on3S lady (single, seventies, stuck) Hidden marriage and late child-birth are closely related to the role conflict of young and middle-aged women, who need to be a mom and a wife in the family, and a boss or a office worker in a company. Due to the collection of many roles as a woman has to play, it causes role conflicts. From the angle of Role theory and Conflict theory in Sociological research, This article with theoretical importance and realistic meaning is meaningful, and valuable.This article contains the following five parts:1.the first part is defining the basic concepts of the young and middle-aged women, society role and role conflict, and discussing the role theory, conflict theory and Feminism theory. The second part is Empirical research on young and middle-aged professional women in Harbin with three hundred questionnaires. We got back two hundred and sixty questionnaires, and dealt with these data and analyzed the survey results adopting the computer practical technology and statistic analysis method. The third part is describing the impact of the role conflict on professional development, marriage and family as the middle-aged women.The fourth part is analyzing the reasons of the role conflict in3S lady (single, seventies, stuck), Hidden marriage and late child-birth according to the result of empirical research.. It contains the reason of their owns and the complexity of the special period of the professional women. The last part is talking about some advice on the role conflict of the young and middle-aged professional women. I hope the professional women will get more acknowledgement, understanding and attention on the role conflict, and their survival and development from this article, and I hope the female will get happy and harmonious life.
