The most direct training goal of the normal school is to cultivate outstanding teachers for primary and secondary schools. Currently.our country emphasis on the development of educational connotation,the demands on teachers has been raised to a new level:requirements of quality standards, capable of teaching teachers, not just the requirements of a sufficient number of qualified academic teachers. Classroom teaching ability is the core of the teachers’ability, a key factor in teacher effective teaching. The classroom teaching technical training undoubtedly to be the point of force to cultivate the teachers’ training students.Classroom teaching technique is the soft operating behavior that used teaching scientific principles and knowledge, and you can copy it to solve the problem of classroom teaching. The skill is the mastery of technology, classroom teaching skills is mastery of classroom teaching techniques. At present, the two main training methods of classroom teaching technology are micro-teaching and teaching fieldwork. whether it is micro-teaching as a means of training or as a practical course of teaching fieldwork, prior to this a intermediary link of educational theory to educational practice is needed:technical courses training. If no systematic study of teaching technical training theory, micro-teaching practice will become a mere formality, just for micro grid and micro grid, not to mention how to implement teaching, but will not achieve its proper role of training classroom teaching technology of the teacher training students; teaching fieldwork due to the lack of operator technology training, the learned educational and teaching theoretical knowledge, the subject teaching knowledge will not get the support of the teaching behavior, it is difficult to linked with practice process."Classroom teaching technology" training courses to make up for both micro-teaching and teaching fieldwork’s disjointed of the theory and the practice, it is in the form of a "course" rather than "method, means"." It emphasize the training of the operating behavior of classroom teaching, is the indirect practice of the theory and the knowledge about classroom teaching, is the intermediary course between teaching theory courses and teaching practicum courses, is a preparation course of teaching fieldwork. Whether the classroom teaching technical training achieved the desired results? What are the problems of classroom teaching technical training? The study is based on the above issues.The study used experimental methods.(1) randomly selected elective "classroom teaching technology" for the experimental group and control group not taken the course.10weeks of classroom teaching technical training in the experimental group (three hours per week). Experimental and control groups were applied to the measurement, the results were analyzed.(2)the experimental group and control group each5person, ask them prepare about five minutes lectures based on their profession, video the lecture process. Experts combination of "The Teacher’Training Students’Teaching behavior observed indicators", by observing the trial performance score, score as the experimental data. The data collected for statistical analysis.Results show that:(1) student self-evaluation, the level of the experimental group each classroom teaching techniques that "sound speech technology","visible speech technology","teaching logic technology" and "Teaching management of technology" four indicators, the overall evaluation are extremely significant higher than the control group (p<0.001). Operating sub technology, in addition to visible speech technology "gesture technology","the appearance modification technology "was no significant difference, the other factors had significant difference (p<0.05). Note the teachers’training students think through classroom teaching technical training except for a few indicators, their classroom teaching technical level is significantly increased.(2)the expert evaluation of the teachers’training students,"teaching spoken one-way "factors difference is extremely significant (p<0.001)."Teaching oral bi-directional exchange of technical" aspects, the experimental group’s questions technology, perception technology, and to answer technical levels are very significantly higher than that of control group (p<0.001). Visible speech act of classroom teachings’"classroom teaching language technology" design technology in experimental group is extremely higher than that of control group (p<0.001), the running technology in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (p<0.01). In classroom teaching logic technology, the experimental group was very significantly higher (p<0.001)."Classroom teaching body language technology", the experimental group is extremely significantly higher than that in the control group (p<0.001), the experimental group’s gesture technology was significantly higher (p<0.01); the appearance of the experimental group and control group modification techniques and gestures technology difference was not significant(P>0.05).The results of these experiments have proved that set up a special "classroom teaching training "courses for teachers’ training students have a positive effect on their teaching skills development. On this basis, the study also put forward some suggestions on improving the technical training of classroom teaching:Adjust the teachers’ training students’ curriculum, optimizing the proportion of course structure; the teaching and training methods of classroom teaching technology should be diversified; teachers’training students should strengthen their practice after-school.Innovation embodied in:(1) on the basis of quantitative analysis of existing literature, organize, compile the "teachers’ training students’ classroom Teaching technology behavior observed indicators", to provide a reference for the later behavior observed.(2) through the teachers’ training students’ self-assessment, the experts’ assessment, analysis and compare the different levels of classroom teaching technology in the teachers’training students before and after training, it is the first time to use data to prove the effectiveness of classroom teaching technical training for improving the teaching technical level of teachers’ training student.
