Sociological Research On People And Pets Relationship

Since the reform and opening up, with making a rapid progress in economy-social and general improvement of living standards in china, Pet fed rise gradually, becoming a lifestyle of many people in recent years. Some social problems caused by pet fed continue to highlight having becoming the focus of social concerns.Now academics pay more attention in the study of the phenomenon of pet fed, but it started late and have fewer researchers. Its extensive research perspective related to social psychology and law, but its content is single. The study use more quantitative methods in methods of research, but qualitative and empirical methods. The study limited to a region and a kind of crowd in range of research, lacking research build on the macro and comprehensive view. Though study will step on it, it caused that the study cannot provide more scientific and reliable depending in making law on pet fed. Regardless of practice and theory, research in the relationship between people and pet have more room.For the phenomenon of heat of pet fed, this article based on previous literature, focusing on the use of questionnaire survey、 depths interviews and typical case analysis. Its main object is pet feeder that is middle crowd having a relatively representation, using trust theory of sociology, theory of communicative action, consumption theory, conflict theory and transference theory of social psychology in carrying out systematic analysis on the relationship between people and pets from different aspects. In the process of discussing, this article describes the relationship between people and pets from a sociological point. At the same time,this article provide practical advices from law, reason and sense to promote the harmonious coexistence of man and pet, man and man, man and social, man and nature. Not only treating the problem of pet fed as part of personal value, but also social choice. This article strives to sum up general type from a case, induce macro conclusion from micro, and seek balance point from dynamic. It leads people to foster a properly view of pet fed and benefit while avoiding disadvantage, forming a status that man can get along with pets, and then promoting the industry of pets acting a active role in the development of economy-social, providing practical depending in making law on pet protected.The results of this article show that:essentially the relationship between man and pets is a kind of social relationship; pets fed is not only individual behavior, family behavior, but also social behavior; we should not only pay attention, but also protect the environment; man’s right of development and survive should be higher than pets’right of survive, right of development; pet fed shift from self-interesting to altruism, from altruism to service community, this should be based on public opinion, morility, law, and institution and reply on encourage and constraint, the key is how to guide the community to establish holistic view and the sense of responsibility.
