The development of modern communications technology and network technology toenable learners to learn a lot has changed, independent study appearing in the learning life ofthe people. This is nor just about learning itself, but also the new requirements of society ineducation. With the advent of technology development and lifelong learning requirements, sothat pupils learn independent study into the subject of many scholars. Primary school essayas best reflects the independent study school subjects, to improve the learning outcomes ofpupils writing in a network environment, cultivate the ability of primary school independentstudy composition, has also become the focus of attention of many educators.Firstly, independent learning, independent learning platform and network environment,primary and secondary school students writing teaching. Research were reviewed to definethe concept of primary school students learning.Then analyzed the domestic and foreignprimary school network of independent learning platform for the status, the status andprimary characteristics of the network learning platform for China’s primary school essay.This paper analyzes the problems in the domestic primary school essay self-learning platform,combination of primary and secondary students their own characteristics, design independentstudy of the composition of upper primary platform, composition suitable for upper primarystudents in a networked environment, autonomous learning mode of learning. The platformafter two months of operation, to verify the effectiveness of the platform design andimplementation.
