Research Of Grass-roots Government’s E-government Management Modes Based On Cloud Computing

Nowadays, the realization of the government function have become increasingly inseparable from the network. At the same time, people also hope that the relevant services what provided by the government are increasing more and more convenient, fast, interactive features also can keep pace with the times. At the same time, the government wants the services what they provide can be more and more efficient and simple. At present, the development of Fengze District’s e-government can not meet the growing demand of public and the needs of internal business, by drawing on the experience at home and abroad, the functional requirements can be achieve based on the technology of cloud computing, but in the application of specific management process has encountered some problems, So the research of management based on cloud computing e-government shows the reality and necessity.The main research methods of this thesis are documentation method, comparative method and case study method. The paper takes the overall design of e-government platform based on cloud computing as the starting point, researches the development and application of cloud computing, especially the changes that it brings in government management, technological means, public participation, quality of personnel, and so on. This article analyses the development of e-government in Fengze District, and discusses the change and reflection in government management modes provided by e-government, combined with the development status and technical advantages of cloud computing. Then, it points out the perfection of management modes based on cloud computing. I hope it can provide some reference of e-government construction and management modes based on cloud computing for other Grass-roots Government in China.
