Study On The Mechanism Of City Planning Evaluation

With the accelerating process of Chinese city, city become the main habitation of mankind. A city is often a region’s political, economic, cultural center. City planning is the key to build a city and develop a city. At present, the theory and practice of the city planning develop very fast. But, the development of the city planning evaluation is lagging behind to the city planning. City planning evaluation is one of the most important part of the city planning. Since lack of research evaluation mechanism for the legalization of the system, the urgent need to assess from urban planning to explore the mechanisms of the rule of law.Urban and rural law already provides for the necessity and importance of urban planning assessments, and provide for the rule of law in accordance with statute. Strengthen research on urban planning assessment system, especially its legalization research efforts to build the rule of law evaluation system of urban planning should be a priority of the planning profession, but also provide an important perspective for the Legalization of urban planning, with a very important theoretical and practical significance.
