Research On The Innovation Of CPC’s Social Integration Mechanism In The Internet Era

In recent two decades, the development of information technology has opened the door of a brand new period, the Internet age, which has deeply effected the change of Chinese society. The main research of this thesis is to find out the challenges that the social integrated mechanism of Communist Party faces under the background of Internet Age, as well as the way of implementing the social integrated mechanism innovation.This thesis consists of five parts. The first part, analyzing the background and significance of this paper topic, puts forward the research ideas and methods with a review of the social change in the Internet era and innovation achievement of social integrated mechanism that both domestic and oversea countries have experienced. The second part is to analyze the social change caused by the internet. The third part will conduct the analysis of the challenges our Communist Party faces when it establishes a new social integrated system. The forth part is to propose some basic principles for the social integrated mechanism innovation in the Internet age. Finally, it will present concrete suggestions on how to construct the social integrated mechanism innovation.Internet, as a tool for society deconstruction and recombination, to some degree, has broken the original social structure and traditional social integrated mechanism which the original social structure relies on for a long time. It deconstructs and reorganizes every social element of five social subsystems, from information recombination of the technical system to interpersonal reconstruction of the interpersonal system, from resource recombination of the economic system to value reconstruction of the cultural system, and then to power recombination of the political system. During this process, the original social integrated mechanism is faced with many challenges. These challenges go in different ways. In technical system, it accumulates stress when the digital island suffers from information recombination; in interpersonal system, it leads to management dilemma when the organizational models faces the interpersonal reconstruction; in economic system, it generates the strong desire for transition when the development model confronts with resource reorganization; in cultural system, it brings diverse challenges when mainstream ideas go through the value recombination; in political system, it gives rise to a new kind of Game theory when the relation between government and citizens suffers from power recombination.How should the social integrated mechanism do to take up the challenges in Internet age? The basic idea lies on the “Internet thinking”. In the context of the social integrated mechanism, the internet thinking is quite different from that in the merchant context and technical context. It could be the thinking with large-scaled integration, big data and security in the aspect of technical integrated mechanism while it could be the digital and grouping thinking in the aspect of interpersonal integrated mechanism. This kind of thinking could also be in a form of crowdfunding, crowd-entrepreneurship and sharing in the aspect of economic integrated mechanism. In the aspect of cultural integrated mechanism, internet thinking should be the one with harmony in diversity while in the aspect of political integrated mechanism, it is the one with political correctness, public interest and social bottom-line.The author will come up with some advice on carrying out the social integrated mechanism innovation from five different aspects to correspond to the "Internet thinking". The five aspects are technical integration, interpersonal integration, economic integration, cultural integration as well as political integration. First of all, innovation in technical integration states creating an information platform which provides large-scaled integration, big data and security. Secondly, innovation in interpersonal integration is digitalizing civil management and grouping mechanism of social mobilization. Thirdly, innovation in economic integration establishes a resource activation mechanism in the field of crowdfunding and crowd-entrepreneurship. Fourthly, innovation in culture integration provides value guidance of seeking harmony in diversity and real-time correction. Last but not least, innovation in political integration optimizes the government-civilian interaction which allows government and civilian to work closely, meanwhile, it minimizes the information attenuation. Through all these five aspects, the Communist Party of China may reach the goal of being long-term and good governance by promoting internet development.
