On Crime Of Propagating Terrorism,Extremism,Inciting Terrorism Activities

In recent years,terrorism spread throughout the world,it is more and more rampant,it has become the world’s problem.The terrorists making lots of books, audio,video,and through the underground propagating points,including the Internet and other means.In this paper, it is based on "the criminal law amendment(9)",to explore the crimes of propagating terrorism,extremism,inciting terrorism activities.This paper consists of four parts.The first part:the theory of terrorism,extremism,as the opening part of this paper,mainly from the concept of terrorism,extremism,the characteristics and the harm.The second part: the legislative evolution of the crime of terrorism in China,introducing the background,analyzing the necessity.The third part:To explore propagating terrorism,extremism,inciting terrorism activities.To explore the definition,concept,the constitute,the criminal responsibility and the way of propagating and inciting.The fourth part:this part is about the crime of propagating terrorism,extremism,inciting terrorism activities in the judicial practice should pay attention to several aspect.The difference between the crimes of terrorism with others.Through the analysis,to solve the problems of terrorism,extremism,inciting terrorism activities in the judicial practice.
