Research On The Problem Of Administrative Ecological Environment In Changjitu Regional Cooperation

Regional cooperation is a developing and general trend in our country. Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and Jingjinji Region are developing models of our country’s regional cooperation. Nationwide provinces join the trend of Regional Cooperation one by one to break the deadlock of economic development. Open and develop regional cooperation of Changjitu has come up as an important part of Tumenjiang Regional Cooperation. It takes the important responsibility that our country propels a plan of opening-up of our north-east the border cities. So, Changjitu Regional Cooperation has become the important and national strategic plan which JiLin Province pushed. The important strategic position of Changjitu Regional Cooperation made it becoming the concerned object in research. Many scholars research on regional cooperation from the angle of economics or industry. They had ignored the influences on administrative ecological environment of Changjitu Regional Cooperation. Therefore, the purpose of this research is studying the influences between administrative ecological environment and administrative ecological system to push the deeper cooperation of Changjitu Region.This paper made a systematic research on the problems of administrative ecological environment of Changjitu Regional Cooperation from the angle of administrative ecological theory. The whole paper has three main parts except introduction. The first part discusses the conception of the problems of administrative ecological environment and grasps the essence of the problems of administrative ecological environment. It introduces Riggs’ s theory of five factors of administrative ecological environment and combines the researches that four factors of administrative ecological environment from our country scholars as the paper’s main theoretical foundation. On the basis of this paper puts forward the importance of studying the problems of administrative ecological environment. The second part demonstrates the situation of administrative ecological environment in Changjitu Regional Cooperation from the aspects of economy, politics, culture and nature. And it summarizes the problems of administrative ecological environment in Changjitu Regional Cooperation as follows: the first problem is hard to build the system of regional industrialization in the aspect of administrative ecological economy environment; the second problem is hard to set up the institution of regional collaborative management in the aspect of administrative ecological politics environment; the third problem is hard to fuse because of the exiting differences in the aspect of administrative ecological culture environment. The forth problem is serious waste and multifarious destruction in the aspect of administrative ecological nature environment. Furthermore, it proceeds the analysis of specific problems on the basis of situation and problems. The third part, according to the physical truth of problems analysis of administrative ecological environment in Changjitu Regional Cooperation and combining with examples of domestic regional cooperation, it proposes countermeasures that improve the administrative ecological environment in Changjitu Regional Cooperation in the front part on the basis of research.
