Western developed countries, environmental and ecological protection in minesworld-leading level, and its industrialization process earlier, so the mine environmental harmcaused ecological damage profound understanding. Ecological environment in the miningprocess of developed Western countries in which the rule of law, the formation of a lot oftheories and ideas, as mine ecological environment construction provides a theoretical basisfor the rule of law, but also affect the value orientation of mine ecological environment inother countries, in practice, the rule of law which, achieved very good results, with a certainsignificance for our country.In the understanding of the theory and the practice of law at home and abroad, whilespecific studies for the construction of ecological environment of the mine from the rule oflaw be twofold. Through the surveydata on the situation of mineral resources of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, miningand other environmental damage will be explained, the reason for the environmental andecological problems in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region produced minerals wereanalyzed, combined with the actual situation of autonomous mining industry and related localenvironmental regulations etc., will be autonomous mine environmental ecology into lawpractice. By normative analysis for sound ecological environment autonomous mining lawoperation mechanism, propose appropriate measures to make autonomous miningenvironmental protection and utilization of mineral resources to co-construct autonomousmining industry cycle of sustainable economic model, and ultimately the formation ofXinjiang mine environmental ecology legal system.
