Job burnout is a state of physical and mental fatigue, emotional exhaustion, which is caused by the long-term work stress. It is not only a psychological problem, but also a negative product in the process of social development. In the current China’s administrative enforcement of the civil service team, job burnout is widespread, and the occurrence of high proportion, affecting a wide range of especially shoulder the burden of high intensity work and with police in high-risk occupational risk characteristics, job burnout effect is even more obvious.The public security organ is an important part of China’s public security and judicial organs, shoulder to consolidate the party’s ruling status, maintaining social stability, and to protect the sacred mission of the people live and work in peace and contentment. At present,China is in the period of prominent economic and social transformation and development of an important period of strategic opportunities and contradictions, especially in Guangzhou City, the social management situation is more complex, the public security organs maintain social harmony and stability of the task is very arduous. The majority of police officers under great pressure, at the same time, due to some subjective and objective factors, resulting in different degrees of job burnout, psychological symptoms of poor, working enthusiasm decreased, communication difficulties exist in work and life, seriously affects the working efficiency and the image of the team.In this paper, through the literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis method and other research methods in the Social Sciences, in the issuance of Job Burnout Questionnaire for 360 different levels of different kinds of police the police carries on the data analysis system based, in Huadu District of Guangzhou City public security police of prevalent status of job burnout has carried on the thorough investigation and study, and refers to some typical cases in recent years, a detailed analysis of the negative impact of the special nature of the work, external environmental enforcement, use of force and the personnel system of occupational burnout. At the same time, learn from developed countries and regions in preventing and eliminating job burnout of police have rich experience, according to the actual situation of the Huadu District, explore the new mode of Guangzhou grassroots public security police team for the development of management science, and puts forward clear responsibilities, scientific use of the police, from preferential police, recreate the professional honor sense, improve the psychological health security systems.
