A Study On The Political Governance Interaction Of “Fang” In Rural Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

During the crucial period of deepening reform and opening-up, reform in the social,economic, cultural and political spheres gradually highlights some problems and obstacles, which is in urgent need to establish and improve various mechanisms for the further deepening of China’s reform and opening-up to lay the foundation for building a moderately prosperous society. As a multi-ethnic state, solution to the problem of ethnic and religion in our country is directly related to the social stability and its further development, which is not only the key project to promoting national unity and political stability in ethnic minority areas, but also the most important topic to build a socialist harmonious society and realize the "China dream" of great rejuvenation. Northwestern China is one of the most concentrated areas for ethnic minority, ethnic issues, religious issues and political issues intertwined with each other, which is the typical feature for this area. Religious issue is especially a test to the party’s governing capacity, whether the party and the people’s government can properly grasp the reality of the situation, reasonably address the existing problems in those northwestern ethnic autonomous areas under the precondition of adhering to our national system of regional autonomy and religion freedom policy, make full use of the religion in maintaining social harmony and promote the healthy functioning of society in those ethnic autonomous areas or not is becoming a crucial project that the party and the people’s government are facing. In order to achieve stable and harmonious development in ethnic autonomous regions, we must uphold the party’s leadership, make full use of the positive role of religion, understand and analyze the political pattern of ethnic autonomous regions correctly, and actively guide the government, party cadres, religious personnel to format the positive interaction of political governance, working together to build a harmonious socialist society. This paper is trying to offer a comprehensive analysis on the interaction of political governance in those ethnic autonomous areas of Northwestern China from the perspective of "Fang" in rural Ningxia areas, starting from interpreting the concept of political governance interaction in ethnic autonomous area, I summarized thenecessary conditions for the functioning of “Fang” in the political governance of these northwestern ethnic autonomous areas and its fundamental relations, and analyzed some existing problems in this mechanism, and argue that we should optimize the right system and promote the positive interaction of political governance in those ethnic autonomous areas of Northwestern China from a plurality of ethnic relations,policy and right system for building a socialist harmonious society and maintaining the stability and development of a unified multi-ethnic state.
