The Study Of Party’s Style–building Mao Zedong’s Thoughts And Its Practical Significance

For a political party, the party’s style- building is a very important problem, which is related to the survival of the party. As the core of the party’s first generation of central collective leadership, Mao Zedong attached great importance to the party’s style-building in party building, and regarded it as the fundamental task to grasp. In the long-term revolution and the history of the construction process, Mao Zedong not only sums up a series of important scientific theory about the party’s style construction, but also created in the specific practice the party’s fine tradition and style, which is a have made great contribution to the style construction of the communist party of China. Mao Zedong’s party construction thought play an important role in Mao Zedong thought system, which serves as an important part of the construction theory of the communist party of China. Closer study on Mao Zedong’s party construction thought, aiming at strengthening and improving the party’s style construction of the communist party of China has important theory value and practical significance.In this dissertation, the forming and developing process of Mao Zedong’s thoughts on party’s style building is the traced back diachronically and the important works of Mao Zedong and many other party leaders at his time is taken as reference. The logic structure of the related theories is systematically analyzed by insisting on the coherence of literature and the party’s history and theory aiming at finding a solution against all related existing problems and digging out the new value of Mao Zedong’s thoughts.The following aspects are taken into consideration: the first part,through the use of comparative analysis, reveals the characteristics and main contents of style, style construction and style construction of the Communist Party of Chinese; the second part uses inductive method, combined with the classical works of Mao Zedong in each period, the Party Construction thought of Mao Zedong germination, formation development of Party building thought of Mao Zedong combing period, mature period and abundant period in four stages; the third part is the focus of this paper, mainly focus on four aspects about the position of Mao Zedong style construction, main content,function realization and basic law system, summarizes the logic system of Mao Zedong style building; fourth the main part of the party building according to its own characteristics, based on the current party cadres are impure, party conduct construction faces problems, methods and rules of the old style construction path exploration style construction faces the challenge of Party building in four aspects such as lack ofanalysis; the fifth part is the important content of this paper, mainly from optimizing the structure, purity of leading cadres; face the problem, and often catch the party Wind construction; innovation path, enhance the effectiveness of the party’s style building and respect for the law, improve the scientific level of the party’s style construction of these four aspects to reveal the significance of Mao Zedong’s Party style construction ideas to meet the challenges.
