In the period of over90years untilestablishing of Communist Party of China which hold high the great banner of socialism withChinese characteristics, follow the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thoughtof Three Represents and the Scientific Outlook on Development, free up the mind, implementthe policy of reform and opening up, pool our strength, overcome all difficulties, firmlymarch on the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and strive to complete thebuilding of a moderately prosperous society in all respects have brought out some problem,and Communist Party of China never cease to find out any ways to fix it.Now, some problem have been exposed along with promoting Socialism with Chinesecharacteristics and Communist Party of China try to improve their scientific level of Party’sCulture development while they have notice that Party’s Culture plays a key role on theseproblems.The aim of this paper is trying to solve these problems via arguing some fixing routingselection by make clear what is Party’s Culture development of Communist Party of China,raises some significant problems such as weakly aspire on Political participation, residual ofRevolutionary party thinking, rare of performance on carry out policy and bad effect of feudalthoughts. It figure out what is the reason of this problems: The political participationconsciousness is weak; not enough understanding of the consciousness of political power;policy formulation is not scientific, the executive body of enforcement; insufficientunderstanding of the political party culture essence, not fully play its due role., and points outthe specific and abstract solutions to fix it. |
