Research On Rural Elderly Economic Source Of Endowment In Heilongjiang Province

Since the 21st century, the aging of the world population is becoming increasingly serious, China also entered the aging society in 1999. Different from the developed countries, China is in the stage of economic development, "non-rich aging first" issue is serious, and the rural population is bigger, so the problem of rural aging is more serious. Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province,and entered the aging society in 2005.It showed some phenomenons:the elderly population cardinal number is big, the growth rate is fast, families are becoming more and more empty-nested.The level of economic development in rural areas of Heilongjiang province is not high and unbalanced, the old people’s savings level is very low. As well as the decline in the ability to support their children and the lack of pension insurance, the promblem about rural elderly economic source of endowment in Heilongjiang province is to be solved.Firstly, on the basis of a large number of literature collection and data collected, the paper analyzed the Heilongjiang Province rural population aging situation and its trend of development, rural elderly pension, the current situation and problems of rural elderly economic source of endowment. Secondly, based on the investigation data of the elderly in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province,the paper made a cross impact analysis on its endowment economic source,then a rural elderly pension economic source structure of present-day in Heilongjiang Province based on the average value and mode method according to the actual situation.Once again, using the extended linear expenditure model, paper calculated with minimum and basic living security requirements of the elderly in rural areas in Heilongjiang Province; draw lessons from domestic and international successful experience of the aged,combined with the investigation data of the elderly in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province, paper determined a reasonable amount of the main economic endowment source; then came to a reasonable endowment economy source structure, according to the reasonable amount of the main economic endowment source and the actual situation. Finally, based on the above research, paper put forward some measures to guarantee the rural elderly pension resources in Heilongjiang province:establish a reasonable pension model and its economic sources to support the system; Enhance the supply capacity of all levels of economic.
