Women and Women and children have always been an important part of society.The survival and development status of women and children reflect the political and economic conditions in a country, however they are always in a variety of difficulties. Today,from all levels of society to reflect the situation, the essence is still at a disadvantage. This paper will start from the reality of women and children,and analyze the reasons for the formation of multiple aspects, the existing problems and the situation of women and children will be explored and finally give solutions and related recommendations.This paper is divided into five chapters, in the social life of the special group--the plight of women and children as the research object, through data analysis and comparison, the relevant legal documents and data, in-depth analysis of social, economic, and combined with the practice,then give some policy recommendations.The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly clarifies the concept, theoretical basis, research significance, literature review and evaluation, and introduces the research methods and main ideas of this paper.The second chapter is about the types and survival situation of the poor women and children. It mainly takes Yangxin County as an example, introduces the classification of the poor women and children, and then expounds the living status of the poor women and children through the case analysis.The third chapter is the analysis of the adverse effects of poverty on women and children, including the adverse impact of poverty on women, the adverse effects of poverty on children. Through the data analysis and chart comparison, so that more real and effective.The fourth chapter is in Hubei province, city (state) data, for example, through data analysis and comparison, draw the thoughts of women out of poverty. Combined with the actual, the corresponding put forward countermeasures and suggestions of helping rural women and children out of poverty.
