| Democratic supervision of democratic parties is an important part of China’s supervision system, also an unique role which other forms of supervision can’t be replaced by. In reality, with the advance of China’s reform and opening up to the outside world, more and more comparison with the international political system come, resulting in some views that can’t be ignored examines the China’s political party system and party supervision mode with excessive westernizing perspective. It is necessary to pay attention to these views. In addition, in practice, it plays an important role in improving the democratic supervision through the study of the reasons for it.This paper attempts to clearly grasp the democratic supervision’s current stage of development through research the progress made in the democratic supervision combing since the reform and opening up. Through the analysis of the basic problems of democratic supervision, to understand the obstacles exist in present stage of democratic supervision’s further development. Then, come to the conclusion that the "Soft" supervision has rationality and "Soft supervision" needs what kind of development.This paper focuses on the reasons for the "Soft supervision". The reason is that on the one hand, what kind of party supervision cannot to draw the conclusion. On the other hand, the democratic supervision’s formation and development has the historical and realistic reasons. Finally, democratic supervision does play important role in many respects. The second focus of this paper is on how to improve the democratic supervision measures. How to arouse the attention of all parties and how to enhance the operability of democratic supervision is very important.This paper uses pragmatism, the coalition government, rights, strength contrast to help us to understand democratic supervision’s concept and perspective, try to use the chart in the form of understanding, and try to have a certain degree of innovation. |
