The Research Of Tourism Pension Product Development In China’s Current Pension Mode

At present, with the constant development of economic reform in our country, with the constant improvement of people’s living standards, and further aggravation of aging population, Chinese supporting problems have gradually attracted academia’s and social extensive attention, but the simplification of Chinese supporting mode also gradually appeared. In Shanghai Municipal People’s Government’s practical suggestions about speeding up the development of service industry for the aged to boost the construction of social old- age service system.( [2014] No. 28 Shanghai Government issued), comprehensive prosperity of supporting service market will be taken as the target which will be given priority to promoting the senior tourism.As a new supporting mode, tourism endowment for the aged has been successful at abroad, and it has gotten more and more attention from the society in China. Tourism endowment for the aged not only satisfies multiple trends of supporting ways, but also provides new markets for tourism industry. Meanwhile, with the swift development of tourism endowment for the aged, tourism products, insufficient supply of tourism service, problems of our country’s policy of tourism endowment for the aged and outdated ideas have gotten more and more attention. Therefore, these problems will be a research direction in this paper.This paper will take tourism products for the aged and supply of tourism service as the objects of study. On the basis of life-circle theory, social embedded theory, hierarchy of needs and supporting system theory for the aged, it adopts SPSS as a tool to analyze statistics and uses quantitative and qualitative method to achieve the research purposes through trimming and research of domestic and foreign related materials. This paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is about the introduction of research background, purposes and methods of tourism problems for the aged. The second part emphatically introduces present tourism mode for the aged according to the analysis of supporting mode, and states existing problems of it. The third briefly quantitatively analyzes tourism product design and tourism industry for the aged though statistical analysis. The fourth part states development principles of tourism products for the aged and analyzes the feasibility of tourism products’ development. The fifth and sixth part use TPC theory and PLC theory to put forward development strategies and thoughts of Chinese tourism products for the aged, and analyzes the necessity of establishing the evaluation index system of tourism endowment for the aged. The seventh part puts forward suggestions and strategies for the development of tourism industry according to the above study of tourism products for the aged.The innovation of this paper takes our country’s supporting problems which widely exist as a starting point, and analyses practical effects and existing problems of present different supporting modes to verity the feasibility of tourism development for the aged in China. According to the research of supporting mode, this paper will focus on supply problem of tourism products for the aged. The innovation of this paper uses the questionnaire to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze our country’s supply problem of tourism products for the aged. According to the results of the questionnaire and combination EPC with PLC theory, this paper put forward strategies for developing our country’s tourism products for the aged.
