A Case Study Of Pension Services In Taiyuan City

Social problems facing the world today is generally aging population. As our population empty nest of people’s livelihood aging, aging intensifies, the elderly also receive social concerns. In this social context, building social support system of old-age care is a serious problem, which is the development requirements conform to the times. Improve the social welfare of the elderly, to better improve and supplement our social security system. This article from China’s aging phenomenon of view, the social groups in the elderly this particular vulnerable groups as research subjects. This is not only conducive to the further deepening of the social support system theory awareness of vulnerable groups, improve the development of China’s social security studies, and relevant departments to improve the quality of life of the elderly policy measures to provide a theoretical basis.In this paper, Taiyuan, Shanxi elderly for the study, conduct research on its health care services, combined with macro-microscopic analysis, the study of empirical research as the main highlight. Based on local, combined with the actual situation, the analysis of a specific cell in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province for the individual cases, in-depth study, from the old man’s personal status and family status as the starting point, Shanxi resource demand conditions pension service system.Research using qualitative and quantitative research, based on literature studies, field visits and relevant departments to interview questionnaire survey way. After analyzing the theoretical literature and field research to understand the specific situation, providing data support for design.Through research and analysis we found that the current old-age pension there is legal security system imperfect, inadequate government financial and economic support, lack of facilities structure, a single service, the lack of uniform certification standards and personnel training, the body is not enough coordination between the various pension level. This paper presents the problem in a comprehensive protection system to increase investment in economic good, rich unified standardization pension services, personnel training and coordination to build pension body communication and a series of recommendations, with some academic research and practical social value.
