Study On The Correction Of Juvenile Offenders In Prison In Anhui Province

Minors will be the mainstay of a national politics, economy, culture and so on in the future, whether they grow healthily or not that directly affect development of the country and destiny of the nation. In recent years, because of improper education mode in family and in school, the influence of the bad group of the same age, the weakness of the law and so on, minor crime in our country is rising. The trend of Younger age, adult criminal manners, cruel criminal means of juvenile delinquency and the lack of correction way to juvenile offenders in prison lead to juvenile offenders correction is becoming the focus of the whole society.In the process of the study, the main ways have been applied are the following:correlation, summary and so on. First, I read a lot and the criminal management related literature materials, detail about the status of domestic and international research. Then, I analyze the first-hand date which come from juvenile criminal reformatory in Anhui province. At the same time of sharing the achievement,I analyze the existing problems and the reasons of juvenile criminal correction in Anhui province.Based on new public management theory, new public service theory, target management theory, employee actuation theory and behavior modification theory, this article focuses on the existing problems and suggests the proper methods. I think that, to solve the problems have appeared and the possible problems in the future, we should apply multifold measures, including improving the law system, renewing the management ideas, innovating the management mechanism, enhancing the management capacity, strengthening rectification means and so on.
