Migrant Workers Social Security Rights Practice Studies

All along, the migrant workers living on the edge of the city, not only by discrimination in all aspects of employment, of life, but also in the social rights also has been missing, the most important performance is the lack of social security rights. Since the government of dislocation, institutions, law is not perfect, the presence of migrant workers in their own rights awareness is not high phenomenon, Pension notion of farmers, lifestyle, intergenerational relations are as in social transformation, institutional transition, demographic transition in China changed, The traditional family pension and land security has been weakened, rights of migrant workers can get effective protection is directly related to China’s modernization, industrialization and urbanization can proceed smoothly, also related to the "three rural" issue can be resolved smoothly, Therefore, how the social security of migrant workers to solve the problem as one of the main areas of research.This article mainly from four aspects, and briefly explain the generation of migrant workers identity and characteristics of key analysis of migrant workers social security rights and interests, the reasons causing the problems of how to maintain.The first part is through the introduction of case, analysis of the social security rights and interests of migrant workers in which problems be infringement of rights and interests, and from the cases caused by thinking.The second part is the problems of migrant workers social insurance, mainly from the rural migrant workers endowment insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance, inductrial injury insurance,birth insurance etc.The third part is the analysis of current situation and the lack of social security rights and interests of migrant workers, mainly from the management and policies of the people’s government, the construction of laws and regulations, system execution supervision, the responsibility of the enterprise and the workers themselves to analyze the cause of the social security rights and interests of migrant workers can not get guarantee.The fourth part is the summary of this paper put forward several proposals on the maintenance of migrant workers social insurance rights.
