Mutual Interest Group System And The Rule Of Law

The diversification of the main body of the market economy led to the diversification of interests, and for the sake of their own survival and development, the interests must compete with the national public power, which constraints the interests. The stakeholders will unite organically according to certain procedures and forms, to safeguard the common interests of the group, which formed the diversity of interest groups. Because of the diversity of economic and political interests, different interest groups compete with each other, forming a condition of mutual restraint and mutual cooperation, which has formed a relatively fixed interaction. In the process of interaction of such a spiral, the interests of interest groups need certain rules and regulations shall be protected, and the key rule is the law. But the law is not easy, the construction of the rule of law also requires a corresponding basis, the key issue is how to protect interest groups can have a healthy development surroundings during the game, and in the process of the game, interests group can gave birth to the law, which will be suitable for social development constantly, and promote the formation of the rule of law in the country.The thesis includes five parts and explores this problem from different angles. The first chapter is introduction; it introduces the background and significance briefly, and elaborates the research status in domestic and foreign and the relevant theories of this issue. Then it introduces the main content and basic structure of this paper at the end of the first chapter. The second chapter describes the connotation and characteristics of interest groups; on this basis, it derives the function and effect of interest groups. At the same time, this paper introduces the concept of the mutual system between interests group and its methods. The third chapter analysis the various basis of the rule of law generation during the condition of the interest groups interaction in terms of history, jurisprudence, system and the masses. The fourth chapter discusses the access and results of the rule of law generation by the condition of interest groups interaction. The last chapter introduces the dilemma of the rule of law generation that includes the diversity of interest groups and the imbalance of the development of market economy, and put forward the course of the rule of law, such as develops the diversity of interest groups healthily, advocates folk promotion, and achieves the democracy and rule of law by restricting the state power.
