The Discussion Of Corporate Social Responsibility

The authentic existence of corporations in China has not been so long.However,corporations have been developed significantly along with the deeper reform of China economic system and the booming economy.In fact,corporations play a very important role in China market-oriented economy due to its economy and social nature.It has contributed positive support to the booming of China general economy development.However,it cannot be denied that it also has brought negative impact to society such as the damage to environment;food safety,labour interests;malicious competitions and mergers and so on.The reasons of these phenomenon can be identified as many corporations are lack of acceptance of its social obligations;not being responsible to the society;being ignorant and less aware of influences to society and public.Furthermore,the benign development of corporations is the key to a stable and harmony society as well as people’s livelihood.The Corporation Law and other relevant legislation have clearly confirmed the CSR.However,there are still some inadequate factors and imperfections of the Corporation Law.The causes of these disadvantages can be considered as the conflict of theory and practice in reality.This dissertation will generally discuss those disadvantages and the CSR base on the current national conditions of China.This dissertation is also aimed to help on improving social responsibilities development of corporations and give some suggestions on solving problem.Part 1:it will generally discuss and introduce the fundamental theories of CSR and expound the meanings and characters in order to provide theoretical support to further discussions.Part 2:it will analyze the reasons why corporations need to take the social responsibilities.It will also expound the rationality and legitimacy of CSR.Part 3:it will discuss the specific contents,range of CSR as well as the methods of bearing obligations.Part 4:the key part of this discus station.It will give some suggestions and recommendations in integration and optimization of the CSR system.First,it will point out and further discuss the legislation of CSR.Second,improving the internal management of corporations.Third,bringing the international standards of CSR into Chinese system.Forth,enhancing the government functions and adjustments.
