Current Situation And Problem Research On Construction Of Party Honesty At The Grass-roots Level In Rural Areas

China is a large agricultural country. Agriculture, rural areas and farmers are always the fundamental problems to China’s reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction. Strengthen the construction of clean government in primary-level organizations, improve self-cultivation of the broad masses of cadres at the grass-roots level, strengthen the consciousness of serving the people, honesty and self-discipline, firmly establish the sense of discipline and law, always love the people, serve the people, enrich the people, peace the people, it has the very vital significance to closer the party’s flesh-and-blood contacts with the people and improve the creativity, cohesion and combat effectiveness of the rural primary-level party organizations, consolidate our party’s ruling basis in the countryside. At present, our country has made a lot of efforts and exploration in the aspect of strengthening the clean government construction in rural grassroots and it has reached a great achievement, but there are still some weak parts to strengthen and improve in the clean government construction in rural grassroots. Therefore, it is an important subject in current rural work to profoundly analyze the current problems and reasons in the clean construction in rural grassroots under the new situation, put forward the constructive and reasonable opinions and better promote the healthy development of the rural grassroots in each enterprise.Visiting and investigation of the clean government construction in municipal H County of Henan Providence before the paper writing forms the investigation report, which is this paper’s guide. Through the field research and study, combine with materials collection and study at the same time, use the way of analyzing the combination of theory and practice, sum up five common problems in current clean government construction in rural grassroots. Firstly, the current low quality and lack of work situation of some rural grassroots cadres in the clean government construction in rural grassroots; Secondly, The clean government education of the party is marginalized; Thirdly, the illegal discipline phenomenon of rural party cadres occurs frequently; Fourthly, village affairs at the grass-roots level become a mere formality and financial management is not standard; Fifthly, the management of the village collective "three-capital" is not sound.
