The party's congress that "strengthening the construction of anti-corruption focusing on the system for punishing and preventing corruption, further defined the global and strategic position of the punishment and prevention system in the construction of anti-corruption. Establishing a sound system for punishing and preventing corruption is a major political issue and arduous task to further promote the fight against corruption. The rural grass-roots anti-corruption clean government building ,which is an important means to promote the construction of anti-corruption ,is in an important basic position in the country.
