A Case Study On The Construction Of Community Care Service System In Chengdu

With the deepening extent of an aging society, pension problem has became one of the problems in the current society. How to make all the old people enjoy their twilight years is a difficult problem need to be solved. Under the influence of traditional ideas, family pension mode has been a main form for the old people in our country. In this way, getting the old people out of the life and work pressure can not be realized completely. Community pension service model has been carried out in China for many years, while in many areas,care service system has not been perfected yet, the whole social pension service system is also need a further improvement.This paper is divided into seven parts. First of all,by giving a research background,general meaning, theory analysis, beginning part provides a reasonable theoretical basis. The second part analyzes the significance of community care for the elderly--- A proposed community endowment service system can meet the needs of the current social pension as well as the necessity for socialist harmonious society construction. In the third part, Chengdu city community service pension system present situation was being analyzed as an example demonstration, in which the implementation of community endowment model policies has significance for this study, and typical cases are described in detail. The fourth part is mainly about the analysis of hindering factors of Chengdu city community endowment patterns, from the points of policy, government, and Level human attention. The fifth part, to resolve the negative factors mentioned in the former part, perfection of the policy, leading role of the government, increasing infrastructure construction and improvement of the quality of personnel and other aspects are proposed. The sixth part, enlightenment from Chengdu community endowment service system case is illustrated----according to the analysis above, a clear retirement community should adhere to the reason and experience out of common problems. The seventh part draws a general conclusions.
