Discussing Of Comprehensive Utilization Of The Trace Evidence

Nowadays, with the increasing rise of electronic evidence and video detection, the use of trace evidence is less than ever before and even arise the point of view that “trace evidence is useless ". In this situation, now, strengthening the research and use of traces of evidence has become the urgent task. Besides, the article think comprehensive utilization of trace material evidence is an effective way to solve this problem.The article take trace evidence related concepts as the logical starting point, draw lessons from philosophy, based on the five main research ways of comprehensive utilization of trace evidence, includes thinking theory, logic theory, holism, contradiction and reductionism of skepticism, then puts forward the five aspects of comprehensive use trace evidence, contains comprehensive utilization of trace evidence analysis the nature of the case, analysis criminals at the scene of the crime of the crime process, analyses the characteristics of criminals personal, judge the disguise scene of the crime and simulate crime scene. Then based on the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of trace evidence, analyses and discuss the present state and problem of comprehensive utilization of trace evidence in Chinese police organization, and try to put forward three ways in improving comprehensive utilization efficiency of trace evidence, including focus on comprehensive utilization of traces in different syndrome characteristics, pay attention to the comprehensive utilization of trace evidence in a string of cases and focus on comprehensive utilization of the professional technical and professional personnel.In the process of writing this paper, we draw on the previous research results, and firmly grasp the scientific research thinking above mentioned. Take present the problems- analyze the problem- solve the problem as the thought, combined with the concrete practice of Chinese application of trace evidence, and referencing typical cases to show the theoretical logic completely.
