| On the contest of detection and counter-detection,criminals'capability and qualification are improving gradually. Facing challenge,which requires the investigators to improve their qualification of investigation and ability of applications on science and technology,to understand the crime scene fully,to excavate the crime information. Howerver, today's talent training mode and process assignment leads to the relative separation of investigators and technicians.In such situation,crime scene trace can not be collected adequately and comprehensive used,which creats a great obstacle to crime-clearing. Some cases cann't be detected in short term.The author analysizes concept and features, category and collection methods of crime scene trace with the science of trace and science of evidence,then put forward some ideas on how to analysisze crime scene and further reconstruct crime scene,according to years of experience on scene investigation and trace examination,comined with knowledge of specialty law and domestic and abroad experts'opinions.At last provides a chief narration on how to judge the crime scene trace with the theory of evidence law.Except introduction and conclusion,the article is divided into five parts. The first part, summsry of crime scene trace.Firstly,I elaborate the concept and history of crime scene trace.Then devide the crime scene trace into three categories, crime scene material trace, crime scene consciousness trace and crime scene psychological trace, next define the basic feature of each crime scene trace, then summarize the collecting methods of crime scene trace according to Chinese law such as inquiry, interrogation, recognition, investigation, examination,search, detain, provision and gathering, investigative experiment and identification.At last, comment the necessity of comprehensive utilizing the crime scene trace. The second part, collect crime scene trace and character basic aspects of crime. Basic aspects of crime includes harmed objects and losses, space of crime, time of crime, exit and entrance,invasion method and moving path of criminals, population of criminals, means,methods and characteristics of criminals, tools of criminals, aim and motivation of criminals, personal characteristics and conditionss of criminals. The author analyze each of them from crime scene material trace, crime scene consciousness trace and crime scene psychological trace with several cases. The third part, comprehensive analysis and character major aspects of crime.On the basis of basic aspects of crime,the author character the major aspects of crime with three crime scene trace,which includes camouflage circumstance of crime, criminal's process on crime scene, property of case, conditions of series cases, investigation direction and scope. The fourth part, reconstruction criminal scene with crime scene trace.firstly,depict the contents and procedures of criminal scene reconstruction by quoting viewpoint and method from United States Association of Crime Scene Reconstruction and Dr. Henry Lee,then reconstruct a homicide case which dealed in this way.The fifth part, examination and judgment of crime scene trace.
