A Study Of Anti-Corruption International Pursuit Cooperation Mechanism

With the international development trend of corruption crime,transnational corruption become an universal international issues under the background of new era. For now crime presents the unprecedented expansion,the number of crime has risen sharply,Involved in the crime keep growing and growing,technology to improve significantly,to the stability of the global political pattern and the development of economic integration was hitting hard.To effectively striking transnational corruption crime, international community reach an agreement of the anti-corruption issue.It is imperative to international cooperation against corruption.In the development of international cooperation against corruption,The United Nations always plays a key role.A series of legal documents such as the United Nations convention against corruption appeared, shows that the international community’s attitude towards international corruption, formed in the traditional sense of the cross-border pursuit cooperation mode:extradition 、illegal immigrants back.These pursuit cooperation pattern with the international spread of corruption,will exposed its inherent deficiencies and defects gradually.Of corruption crime is rampant and flood,traditional pursuit insufficient cooperation mode for fear,and the international community to combat transnational crime urgently and desires,prompted the new type of international anti-corruption cooperation mechanism arises at the historic moment.This paper consists of introduction and body of four chapters. The introduction part mainly introduced the paper selected topic purpose and meaning,for cross-border pursuit anti-corruption cooperation mechanism research status at home and abroad and so on. The text consists of four parts. Chapter one is about in the form of an overview. In view of the necessity of international anti-corruption cooperation and main principle,focus on legal basis of this subject study. Chapter two is about state the ways of anti-corruption international pursuit cooperation and their limitations. According to the one-to-one correspondence writing technique, mainly from two kinds of cooperation way, like extradition, the illegal immigrants repatriating,do a brief introduction,and through using cases or data analysis,summarizing its limitations. Chapter three is about in view of the traditional mode of defects and deficiencies, put forward ideas and suggestions to construct the new international anti-corruption cooperation mechanism. By using the diversity of three different ways of cooperation to make up for the shortages and loopholes of traditional way. At last,Chapter four of this paper, is about taking an example of China. Build cross-border pursuit cooperation mechanism in our country. From the two angles,firstly,explaining existing mechanism of pursuit in our country, analysis on it and come to a conclusion that improvement is necessary. Then, through two perspectives, the international level and domestic level, improvement the cross-border pursuit mechanism of China. In the international cooperation against corruption,we must grasp the initiative in hands,andaccording to combine of two levels, the multi-level cooperation among countries of international level,establish prevent corrupt officials flight mechanism of domestic level,to be able striking transnational corruption crime effectively.
