Application Of Logistic Support Analysis In The Requirement Of Communication Equipment Maintenance Support Resources

With the development of science and technology, a large number of high and new technical equipment has been installed to the army, with complex and diverse structure. As a part of the combat power, equipment support plays an important role in the modern battlefield. Equipment support can not be separated from the maintenance support. For equipment manufacture, it is particularly important to develop maintenance support matching the production of equipment, and make reasonable use of support resources At present, in the equipment manufacturing enterprises, the maintenance work analysis is not thorough, and the maintenance resource is determined by personal experience, which has produced many harmful effects on the maintenance support.Based on the theory of equipment maintenance support, this paper puts forward the process and method which could be applied to developing and protecting the resources in the equipment development enterprises. The paper focuses on the process of ensuring the protection of resources through the analysis of security, including the detailed analysis of content and method. In view of the difficulties in the protection of resources, the problem of determining the variety of the spare parts of the resources is solved through the value engineering method. With the example of a typical communication equipment in the actual equipment support resources development and construction projects, the paper uses the security analysis method to improve the equipment in the development period due to lack of analysis method to determine the disadvantage of the protection of resources, and optimizes the problems relevant to maintenance spare parts and maintenance personnel. This paper provides a scientific and applicable method for the development of equipment manufacturing enterprises to determine the appropriate protection of resources for the construction of equipment support resources.
