The Diversified Construction Mode Research Of Pension Service Facilities In Built Communities

Zhejiang Province put forward the overall pattern of pension services "9643" which was according to the national pension policy.The community endowment was promoted to an important position.In the process of building community endowment,the community was the basic construction units and the facility for the elders was an important material basis. In addition,the construction time and condition of built communities were different which should reflect the diversity and difference from facility configuration and specification index.The old communities which built from 1960 s to 1980 s were lack of pension policy guidance and norm index constraint.There is a real contradiction between the community serious aging problem and the insufficient facilities which lead to the stagnation of welfare institution development.So,the facilities’ construction of old built communities is imminent.This research has been selected the facilities for the elders in five residential districts of Hangzhou as the research objects, analysed the level of services and specification standards that combined with the community’s construction time, construction conditions, current situation and the elders’ demands. Afterwards, the diversified and differentiated facility allocation idea was raised, and the study of facility allocation mode would be developed in two levels which are layout plan and construction strategy(layout mode and constraction mode). Then,the research would try to explore the new methods of different kinds of community’s facility allocation which are suitable for Chinese elders.
