The Research On The Role And The Realiazation Path Of The Communist Youth League Organizations Plays In The Process Of Political Socialization

Political socialization is a process of formation,maintenance and trasformation of political culture,which is also a rule of the oppressing class.For students in institutions of higher learning,receiving advanced education not only meets the need of improving individual educational level as well as professional knowledge and it is also the demand of receiving ideological education,moral education and setting up correct world outlook,views on life and values.As for the Communist Youth League organizations in colleges and universities,it is essential for them to propagate,organize and encourage the youth in colleges and universities to learn and accept the political faith,political knowledge,political emotion,political culture and values which are confirmed by current political system and to form stable political attitudes and political behevior.Accordingly, the Communist Youth League that forms distinct political characteristics and particular political content during a long term evolution is the main power to guide the youth correctly and improve political quality of college students to achieve a high level of political awareness,which not only enrich the political socialization theory but also improve and strengthen ideological and political education of college studentsTherefore, it is of great realistic significance to cultivate qualified socialist successors and builders,and to ensure that the cause of the party and national prosperity.Simultaneously,there is no doubt that it is also the essential part of socialization of youth groups of college students.There are five parts included in research contents of this thesis:Introduction,this part elaborates the research meaning,research status of domestic,research ideas and methods.In the first part,it proposes the relationship and influence between political socialization and ideological and political education in colleges and universities through analysis of basic concepts of political cognition,political identity,political participation in political socialization,which is based on the old and new concepts contrast.On account of the research of political socialization of college students in view of communist youth leagues in colleges and universities, it highlights active participation in activities of colleges students organized by the leagues in the process of political socialization.Moreover,it makes an in-depth discussion about the development history of political socialization of college students and main features at the present stage through carrying out social practice of political socialization as the main body combined with the political theory teaching of communist youth leagues in colleges.Accordingly,it combines with the significance that the Communist Youth League in colleges brings in political awareness,political theory and political practice during the process of political socialization in colleges.Furthermore,it deeply analyzes the advantages that the Communist Youth leagues enjoy in the political socialization of college students through historical data and strict survey,and the relationship between the Communist Youth leagues and political socialization,which specifically includes the foundation of the research of the importance of the Communist Youth leagues in the process of political socialization as well as the definition of the core concepts.In the second part,linking theory with practice,the writer based on practical exprience finds that there are problems with the process of political socialization in which the Communist Youth league works and its causes of existing problems,under the guidance of Maxism,which is based on the work of the Communist Youth league of the school of economics and management of Hebei University of Economics and Business,through the investigation of current situation of political socialization of college students.Furthermore,it analyzes and summarizes the current situation of political socialization in the Communist Youth league in colleges and universities.The questionnaire will largely cover issues like the performance of college students in political participation,political standpoints and learning methods about how to improve political quality,such as: " Are you caring about affairs of state? ", "Are you interested in paticipating in democratic election? ", "What are sources for you to obtaion political information ? ".From these investigations,the political socialization of college students is pretty good recently with methods of it continuously improving.However,due to the influence of the objective reasons and themselves,some students have some problems in political learning,political awareness and political participation,for example:the traditional mode of education in colleges and universities needing to be proved,the quality of students lacking of practicalness.Other causes are contineous development of the global information,the increase of speed of information dissemination and network monitoring is not standard,which directly or indirectly influence the process of political socialization in colleges and universities.That may also hinder the process of political socialization of the Communist Youth league in colleges and universities.In the third part,through the cognition of some concepts in the first part and discussion of the main feature of the political socialization,it confirm that the Communist Youth league in colleges and universities play an important role in political socialization in political awareness,political theory and political practice and its advantages.Combined with the current situation of political socialization in colleges obtained by the questionnaire in the second part,the problems of it can be found,and the advantages and methods for the Communist Youth league to tackle the problems,which mainly includes leading a party construction,constructions serve for Party Building as the guidance of the spirit;to take league classes,to take tutorial class of training project for young Marxists,democratic salon and other forms of trainning as the core;taking part in volunteer service activities of youth organizations,implementing the central mission of “three to the countryside activities” and organizing league activities of each branch in high quality;Taking the network construction as the carrier to develop the research of the pathway of the political socialization in colleges by the Communist Youth league.In conclusion,through summarizing the thesis,the problems and expectations are supposed to be put forward.
