Under The Condition Of Informationization Army Ideological And Political Education Environment

The ideological and political education of the army is influenced and restricted by various environmental elements. As the fast development of IT and we are in the age of "inform and opening",the connection between troop and society is becoming much closer than before,and as a result,the influence on ideological and political education which caused by environment is more widely and subtly.So,it has great significance to do research on the characters and functions of the innovation of ideological and political education,and to fulfill the furcations of ideological and political education.Environment innovation is the objective base of ideological and political education activities.Ideological and political education always been carried out in certain environment conditions.It offers the possibility to carry out ideological and political education activities;on the other hand,it also constitutes some restrictions on the activities.Environment is the basic basis which can influence the decision of ideological and political education activities.Look up the development history of ideological and political education,we will vividly see that the Party、 country and army’s various policies are varied as the development varied.And such macro environment changes doubtlessly affect the decisions of ideological and political education.Environment is an important element that restricts the effects of ideological and political education activities.All the education practice via the world suggests us that personal subjective efforts play an important role to form the establishment of ideological characters and abilities of himself,good environment conditions are much better to boost the booming of various intellects.This paper,though the means of materials collection、investigations research、theory analysis and synthesis comparisons,made new interpretation about the environment which affects ideological and political education of the army. It mainly studies the various effects of ideological and political education caused by different environments、the anti-actions that ideological and political education on the environment, and environment can be divided into the macro environment, micro environment and medium environment three categories.The paper classified such environ ments and analysis the different ways carry out the education upon different environments,and as a result,to strengthen the effects orogonated from ideological and political education.
