As the frequent occurrence of the public crisis,the concept of public crisis governance has replanced the concept of public crisis management.The first feature of the public crisis governance is participation of multi-body.Multi-body includes government body and non-government body.Government body includes government and army.Non-government body includes non-profit organization, enterprise,international organization,news media and the social public. The cooperation mechanisms of the public crisis governance are made up of the multi-body.The cooperation mechanisms include the vertical and lateral mechanisms in the government,the mechanism between the government and army and the mechanism between government body and non-government body. These cooperation mechanisms play importment roles in the public crisis governmance as the multi-body can play their main roles in the crisis, the effectiveness of the crisis governmance can be enhanced and the government crisis management capacity can be enhanced. However, there is a series of questions in the cooperation mechanisms.In the government, the vertical and the lateral cooperation mechanisms have lost the balance and the mechanism between government and army is not smooth.In the cooperation between government and non-government,the information communication mechanism,resources conformity mechanism and the legal system are not sound.The main content of this article is to study the cooperation mechanisms of multi-body in the public crisis governance,analysis the constitute of the multi-body and the mechanism of multi-body,analysis achievements and problem in the mechanism. In the end of the article,the author try to put forward the suggestion about improving the mechanism.
