The Research On The Off-class Time Security Guarantees Of Primary And Middle School Students Under The Horizon Of The Public Crisis

As is known to all,campus security has been paid high attention to and attached much importance to.But in our country,off-class time security problems of elementary and middle school students are neglected.In recent years,a series of students accidents have made us think about the off-class time security problems of primary and middle school students. The purpose of this article is to study our country’s elementary and middle school students’ off-class time security status and analyze the reasons of the problems; and through the three places in China(Guangdong, Jiangxi,Hainan),the author finds out the gap, and puts forward specific safety measures.In the author’s opinion,to improve the situation of primary and middle school students’ off-class time security, firstly,we should set up the sustainable concept of security education;Secondly,Strengthen the construction of the safety educational team;Thirdly, perfect and enrich the resources for it;Fourthly, establish and improve laws and regulations of the primary and middle school students’ off-class time security;lastly, construct the security guarantee institution made up of government, school and family.
