In the new historical period,to strengthen the relationship between the party and the mass is significant for us,especially on comprehensively promoting the construction of tightening party discipline and to realizing the goal of building a moderately prosperous society.In this paper, the method of literature analysis, history and logic way around the theme of "Research on Party-masses Relationship Building And Its Basic Experience in Central Soviet Area" to define by analyzing its theoretical foundation and related concepts, then analyzes its history background, a more comprehensive study of the main contents of this period building ties between the party and then systematically summarizes the basic experience.
