A Dissertation On The Form Constraction Of Counter-terrorism Cooperation Between The Police And The People Under The Creative Administraton—kunming "301" Terrorist Violence Case As An Example

At present, the terrorism spreads around the world, threating to international security seriously. Especially in recent years, terrorist attacks occurred frequently in China and the whole world. With the fast growth of economy, a huge amount of people moves into city from village which is hard for the police preventing from the potential terrorist attacks in daily duties. In the same time, the traditional methods and ways do not suit for the modern counter-terrorism situation. Therefore, this article through the literature research method, interview method, and case analysis method, using innovative social management theory, analyzed the characteristics and causes of the current situation of terrorism, the counter-terrorism situation and deficiencies. Meanwhile, with the creative new methods by the police and the residents in three aspects that how to counter-terrorism in police angle, how to counter-terrorism work collaboration with government and how to work with non-governmental organizations to maintenance of social security by improving the capacity of intelligence and information, improving the capacity of the counter ?terrorism precisely, and improving the capacity of counter-terrorism in quick reaction.
