Research On Huizhou Daya Bay Development Zone Government Information Disclosure Work

Government is the main obligations of government information disclosure because the government’s extensive role in various fields and throughout all areas of the whole society and the entire process, the government owns and controls the largest social information. Implementation of government information disclosure, is China’s socialist democracy and the rule of a free society towards an inevitable requirement. The implementation of government information disclosure legal system is adequate to protect people’s right to know, a necessary condition to improve government efficiency, the construction of "sunshine government".
