To speed up the change of government function, to speed up the construction of government under the rule of law is the third plenary session of the 18,18 proposed by the fourth plenary session of the important goals. Administrative examination and approval as the government’s main administrative power to promote the reform of administrative examination and approval work is to accelerate the change of government function, strengthen the government administrative ability of the important measures in accordance with the law. As human resources and social security administrative departments to promote employment, social security system construction, and other important work of the people’s livelihood of social management and public service institutions, to perform a large number of administrative examination and approval function is closely related to people’s interests. Based on T city as an example, this paper will be two hot issues of social security and the reform of administrative examination and approval link was studied, on the reform of administrative examination and approval of social security under the premise of basic concepts and theoretical basis for generalization, this paper briefly introduces the status of social security reform of administrative examination and approval, to T city innovation on social security reform of administrative examination and approval, such as collective examination and approval, industrial injury hearings and other experts to do a more detailed introduction. On the basis of the social security problems in the reform of administrative examination and approval are analyzed, and put forward the principles and the reform of administrative examination and approval of social security between principle and scope of the contradiction between the root cause of the problem is to reform process, and specific Suggestions from the perspective of public management, the reform should be definite principle, the types of classification reform, improve the reform measures, strengthen the supervision for examination and approval of four big move in parallel, establish a scientific, legal and effective social security system of administrative examination and approval, thus to promote the construction of a service-oriented government.
