Research On The Management And Countermeasures Of Military Contest For Students In Military School

The military college is an important part of our army, which shoulders the task of cultivating our army military talents, especially high-quality military personnel. In order to further meet the needs of new military revolution army, the improvement of the quality of cadets’ military physical fitness is imminent. How to improve the cadets’ military physical quality is a big problem in front of military colleges and universities. The military competition is an important mean. How to improve the science and efficiency military competition’s organization and management has become an urgent task for the current point. This article studies cadets military competition management problems using project management idea, the main work includes:1. We studied and analyzed the current problems in military competition organization and management using the method of questionnaire. On the basis of survey of some typical military competition situation at home and abroad, according to actual management practice, we designed the corresponding questionnaire, statistically analyzing the survey results and finally getting a variety of problems of the management competition. The questionnaire lays the solid foundation for follow-up research and improves the management level of the competition.2. We raise the level of competition management countermeasures and suggestions using project management theory and method of research from multiple angles. We see competition as a project. The concept of project management was throughout the competition organization and management, scope management, risk management, discipline management, communication management, and other management theories and methods applied in the competition, putting forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which is advantageous to the planning, implementation, control of the competition.3. We verify the validity and the correctness of countermeasures and suggestions through the analysis of actual case. Taking three military physical competitions of cadets at National University of Defense Technology as a case, this paper introduces the contents and characteristics of competition, management problems that exist in the analysis obtained the competition, targeted application of the proposed countermeasures and suggestions, helping to improve the scientific management level.Through research we found that project management can play a good effect to cadets of military competition issues management. The management level of the competition had certain enhancement. These studies have a certain guiding significance to improve the cadets’ military competition management.
