Since the reform and opening up, with the deduction of urbanization, more and moremigrant workers migrant workers, migrant workers from 80 teams, consisting of 90, becamethe backbone of economic development. They face a variety of living in the city andemployment difficulties. How to address these difficulties, and how to help them betterintegrate into urban life more quickly, a problem in today’s society must be the focus ofattention. To enhance the generation of migrant workers through training means that humancapital is currently widely agreed solution. Although education can not be a hundred percentfor the new generation of migrant workers in the city workers against all odds, however, tosome extent, the education can indeed enhance their own professional skills and cultural level.Based on the above background, this study Training generation of migrant workers inChongqing as the research object, through field research, to explore the status quo of trainingthe new generation of migrant workers. In particular the study, theoretical perspectives topublic services, the main research CMG generation of migrant workers to carry out the statusquo and problems of training, on the basis of proposed ideas and measures related tooptimization.In this paper, starting from the perspective of public service through the basic situation ofthe new generation of migrant workers in Chongqing, training status quo analysis, we foundthe current government training for migrant workers, there are still not know the place, lack offunds, the system is not perfect and other problems. By studying the impact of the newgeneration of migrant workers in the three levels of training that the concept level, systemlevel, financial level, combined with upgraded features of social transformation, to explore asingle theme of training due to the lack of government work arising from the perspective ofpublic services and lack of institutional design and other issues. Reaction from out of thequestion, the role of government need from management to services, from single to multiple.Especially with the impact of the effect of the new generation of training institutions continueto enhance the training of migrant workers, the role of government education and training onhow to adapt to the market development trend of service has become a key guide the directionof the new generation of migrant workers training.
