China’s old-age problem has always been a very important. In the Chinese traditional culture, old people should be home with their children to look after them. But with the development of the society and the increase of the living standards and the life rhythm speeding up, the traditional family pension cannot meet the demand of the elderly endowment. Indeed, this last alone can’t solve the problem of the elderly support care. Due to a huge number of elderly people in our country, the public pension institutions, due to its scarcity of resources, can only solve a few elderly pension requirements. Not only the elderly pension supports the family, the government managing to launch a social strength is a must, private pension institutions in an unprecedented expansion of the social pension demand arises at the historic moment. Private nursing agency comes along with our country economic system reformation, private pension institutions of the elderly, nursing staff, management staff is one of many kinds of social groups. With the development of the society, private pension agency plays an increasingly significant role in the old care system. But due to a series of problems in the development of private pension institutions, analyzing the supply and demand of private pension institutions helps the development of private pension institutions in an effective way.The survey is based on the owner, the staff and the old people in some agencies in X district in N city, Henan province. This report uses questionnaire and individual interview method, observation method and a series of scientific methods, supply and demand theory, demand hierarchy theory and the welfare pluralism theory as the theoretical foundation, through to the private pension agency questionnaire and interview in the elderly, from organization management, nursing personnel, government multiple perspectives analysis the supply and demand of private pension institutions, and development suggestions are put forward. For people private nursing institutions mainly through questionnaire to measure the satisfaction level, finds out the factors affect their satisfaction, so as to improve the institutional supply; For nursing staff, mainly through individual interviews, to understand their way of working content, performance appraisal and work experience, and through optimizing the mode of their performance appraisal and so on to improve the supply of private pension institutions; For organization managers, through the interview to understand their plight, by improving the management to improve the supply; For government level, mainly from the improvement of the policies and regulations to help institutions to provide a better service. Finally for the development of private pension institutions offer some policy Suggestions.
