Legal Research On The Protection Of Personal Information

With the development of technology, network development, especially the deepening of social information, personal information has become the most valuable resource of the 21 st century sought by the parties, it will no doubt bring infringement over the pursuit. However, our current legal system for protection of personal information is not enough to understand the concept and content of depth and comprehensive, its system construction is not perfect, just based on the individual branches of law on the part concerning the protection of personal information given to one-sided is not a complete and unified specialized legislation to regulate, a series of problems led to frequent violations of personal information and intensified in different areas of social practice process. One side is a personal interest of protection, one side is to promote freedom of information, personal information itself to show that the dual property, the protection of personal information must reconcile the contradictions that may arise between them. This article focuses on the dual attributes of personal information, namely: the relationship between freedom of personal privacy and personal information flow between individual privacy as the starting point, the analysis and processing of personal information protection during conflicts and achieve personal privacy and personal homeostasis free flow of information, thus improving the legal system to protect personal information, to protect the personal information of citizens purposes.
